2 1/4 cup  Pasta, spiral, enriched, cooked
1 cup  fresh red cabbage, chopped
1 cup  canned great northern beans, unsalted
0 1/2 each  small onions
0 1/2 each  small red bell peppers
0 1/2 cup  fat free mayonnaise
0 1/2 cup  fat free sour cream
2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  caraway seeds
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Mix pasta with cabbage, beans, onion, and bell pepper.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, caraway seed, salt, and pepper to make dressing. Chill until ready to use.
  3. Just before serving, drizzle dressing over salad and toss gently.
