Ingredients

1 1/2 cup  white wine
3 each  large garlic cloves
8 oz  fat free cream cheese
2 cup  low fat shredded swiss cheese
1 tbsp  white all purpose flour
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  ground cayenne (red pepper)
1 pinch  black pepper
Directions
  1. Combine wine and garlic in a pot and bring to a boil. Lower heat to medium and simmer until mixture is reduced to 3/4 cup.
  2. Remove and dispose of garlic.
  3. Stir cream cheese into mixture and cook over low heat until melted.
  4. Combine Swiss cheese with flour and stir into mixture, stirring continually until melted. Sprinkle with salt and peppers.
  5. Serve fondue in a hot pot with bread cubes for dipping.
