4 each  fresh plum tomatoes
1 1/2 cup  chopped red bell peppers
1.3333 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 each  whole jalapeno pepper
14 1/2 floz  canned unsalted diced tomatoes
6 each  medium garlic cloves
0 3/4 cup  fresh cilantro
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
0 1/4 cup  fresh lime juice
2 tbsp  fresh oregano
2 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
5 1/2 floz  vegetable juice, low sodium
Directions
  1. In large bowl, toss fresh tomatoes, red bell pepper, onion, jalapeƱo, canned tomatoes, and garlic.
  2. In separate bowl, whisk cilantro, parsley, lime juice, oregano, vinegar, cumin, salt, pepper, and vegetable juice. Combine tomato mixture with cilantro mixture. Chill until ready to serve.
