2 each  small apples
1 pinch  black pepper
2 oz  fresh mint
1 1/2 tsp  fresh dill weed
0.125 tsp  ground thyme
2 each  fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp  mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp  olive oil
1 1/2 tsp  white wine vinegar
0 1/4 tsp  horseradish
0 1/4 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
0.125 tsp  garlic powder
1 pinch  salt
1 cup  fresh chives
2 each  head bibb lettuce
0.3333 cup  Cranberries, dried
0 1/4 cup  chopped pecans
Directions
  1. To make dressing, peel, core, and chop 1 apple. Place in blender with mint, dill, thyme and basil. Process until finely chopped.
  2. Add mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.
  3. Add chives and briefly process.
  4. On 6 individual serving plates, divide lettuce, cranberries, and pecans evenly. Chop and evenly divide remaining apple.
  5. Top with dressing, serve.
