2 tbsp  mayonnaise
1 pinch  black pepper
1 tbsp  white wine vinegar
0.125 tsp  ground cinnamon
0.125 tsp  ground ginger
17 each  fresh large strawberries
1 pinch  salt
6 cup  fresh chopped spinach
6 tbsp  chopped walnuts
  1. In blender, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, cinnamon, ginger, and 5 strawberries. Add salt and pepper to taste, process until smooth.
  2. Wash and dry spinach. Dice remaining strawberries.
  3. On individual serving plates, evenly divide spinach, diced strawberries and walnuts. Top with dressing and serve.
