10 piece  Tomatoes, sun dried, halves
0 1/4 cup  cold water
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tbsp  fresh basil
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 3/4 cup  vegetable juice
2 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp  olive oil
2 tsp  honey
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Place the sun dried tomatoes in a small bowl and cover with boiling water; let sit for 5 minutes to soften; drain and place in a blender with parsley, basil, and garlic, process until a paste. Add in the remaining ingredients and process until well combined. Place in a covered container and refrigerate until ready to use.
