1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
6 each  fresh basil leaves
0 1/2 cup  fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
0 1/4 cup  balsamic vinegar
2 oz  Cheese, feta, crumbled
2 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  ground oregano
0 1/2 tsp  grated lemon rind
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. Add the first 3 ingredients into a blender and process until finely chopped. Add in the remaining ingredients and process until well combined. Pour into a covered container and refrigerate until ready to use.
