0 1/2 cup  cold water
3 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  tahini
2 tbsp  Sour Cream, nonfat
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  vegetable juice
1 tbsp  honey
1 tsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  poppy seeds
Directions
  1. Add everything except for the poppy seeds into a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Add in the poppy seeds and process briefly to quickly mix.
  3. Place in a covered container and refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. If too thick, add small amounts of water at a time to thin.
