0 1/2 cup  fresh basil
3 tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese
1 each  medium garlic cloves
6 tbsp  fat free milk
2 tbsp  white wine vinegar
2 tbsp  sour cream, nonfat
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Add the basil, parmesan cheese, and cloves into a blender and blend until the basil is finely chopped.
  2. Add in the milk, vinegar, sour cream, olive oil, salt and pepper and process until smooth.
  3. Place in a container with a cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
