0 1/2 cup  old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 tsp  unpacked dark brown sugar
2 tbsp  plain nonfat yogurt
1 tsp  sunflower seeds
1 tsp  sliced almonds
1 pinch  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 cup  fresh raspberries
0 1/4 cup  fresh blueberries
0 1/4 cup  fresh sliced strawberries
Directions
  1. Place 1/4 cup oats in each of 2 serving bowls. Add water to cover oats. Cover bowls and refrigerate overnight.
  2. When ready to serve, divide brown sugar, yogurt, sunflower seeds, ground almonds, and cinnamon between bowls. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Divide and add raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries to each bowl. Serve.
