Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut tops off peppers, remove seeds and membranes.
  3. In 9" x 9" glass baking dish, stand up peppers.
  4. Fill each peppers with 1/4 cup cheese, mounding slightly. Divide pesto and drizzle onto cheese.
  5. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until cheese melts. Serve hot.
