Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, mix together the crushed tortilla chips and margarine and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese and eggs until creamy. Fold in the cheddar cheese, green chilies, green onions and garlic.
  3. Carefully spread half the mixture over the crust, top with the salsa, and cover with the remaining cheese mixture; do not mix.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the mixture is set. Remove from the oven and let cool for another 10 minutes. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
