Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, lemon pie filling, and coconut. Spread the mixture in the baking pan and back for 15-20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, margarine, powdered sugar, coconut extract and vanilla. Carefully spread the icing on the cooled cake. Cut into bars and serve.
