2 tsp  olive oil
1 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 1/2 cup  chopped red bell peppers
1 tbsp  fresh rosemary
4 cup  chopped tomato
0 1/2 cup  white wine
0 1/4 tsp  salt
8 each  medium garlic cloves
  1. Pour oil in a pot and heat over medium-high heat. Cook onions 3 minutes. Mix in bell pepper and rosemary and cook 1 minute. Add tomato, wine, salt, and garlic; let boil. Lower heat and simmer 30 minutes.
