2 tbsp  Cheese, parmesan, fresh, grated
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp  dijon mustard
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0.125 tsp  salt
1 each  medium garlic cloves
18 cup  romaine lettuce
3 tbsp  Tomatoes, sun dried, oil pack, drained
  1. Whisk together Parmesan, lemon juice, oil, mustard, pepper, and salt.
  2. Rub garlic on inside of a large serving bowl and throw away when finished. Combine lettuce and tomatoes in bowl and toss with dressing.
