1 lb  romaine lettuce
1 each  Onion, red, fresh, small, whole
0 1/2 cup  Nuts, cashews, salted, whole
0.3333 cup  Peas, chickpea, canned
Directions
  1. Whisk together oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, cumin, and cardamom in a large bowl. Add in lettuce, onion, cashews, and chickpeas, gently tossing.
