1 lb  large yellow bell pepppers
0.3333 cup  white wine vinegar
2 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  sugar
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0.3333 cup  fresh basil
  1. Using a food processor or blender, puree pepper, vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, sugar, pepper, and garlic until smooth. Mix in basil with a spoon.
