1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 cup  whole milk
3 tbsp  grapeseed oil
  1. Slice garlic cloves as thinly as you can.
  2. Heat milk over medium-low heat in very small saucepan, and add garlic slices.
  3. Simmer, stirring, for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain garlic slices and let dry on paper towel.
  5. Heat oil in small saucepan.
  6. Saute garlic slices until golden and crisp, stirring gently. Season as you like.
