Ingredients Directions
  1. In a large pot, combine the potatoes and water; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover and cook for 7 minutes. Uncover pot, add the green beans, and cook until the potatoes and beans are tender about 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cool water. Let stand until fully cooled. With non-stick spray, spray a large skillet and set over high heat.
  2. Sauté the tuna 5-6 minutes on each side, until just pink in the center. Thinly slice the tuna, on a cutting board.
  3. On serving plates, place 11/2 cups of lettuce, 3 potatoes, 1/4 of green beans, and 1/4 of the thinly sliced tuna. Drizzle the dressing on top.
