1 1/4 lb  Broccoli Rabe, fresh
8 oz  Greens, radicchio, fresh
1 each  medium lemons
2 tbsp  olive oil
1 oz  Bacon, cured, lower sodium
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Wash and dry broccoli rabe and slice into 2 inch pieces. Wash and dry radicchio and slice into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Wash and dry lemon and slice in half lengthwise and thinly slice crosswise, throwing away ends and seeds.
  3. Combine broccoli rabe, radicchio, lemon pieces, olive oil, bacon, and salt in a baking pan. Move half the mixture to another baking pan and spread evenly.
  4. Bake mixtures 10 minutes or until vegetables are soft and wilted; season with salt and pepper.
