1 each  cooking spray
16 oz  fresh cod fillets
0 1/4 cup  light mayonnaise
0 1/4 cup  Cheese, parmesan, fresh, grated
2 each  scallions
2 tbsp  chopped red bell peppers
0.3333 cup  Bread Crumbs, Italian style
0 1/2 tsp  dried basil
1 pinch  salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place the fillets in a baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, cheese, scallions, and red pepper, and spread evenly over the fillets.
  4. In another small bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs, basil, salt, and pepper and sprinkle evenly over the coated fish.
  5. Bake about 12 minutes until the fillets are cooked through and the crumbs are lightly browned. Serve immediately.
