1 cup  low fat buttermilk
0 1/2 cup  salsa, medium
3 tbsp  light mayonnaise
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  dry mustard
0 1/4 tsp  salt
6 cup  Lettuce, iceberg, fresh, shredded
1 cup  fresh cherry tomatoes
0 3/4 cup  Radishes, fresh, slices
3 tbsp  fresh chopped green onion
  1. Using a food processor or blender, puree buttermilk, salsa, mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice, sugar, mustard, and salt until smooth.
  2. Add lettuce, tomatoes, radishes, and onions to a large bowl. Drizzle 1 cup of dressing overtop, toss to coat and serve immediately.
