1 1/2 cup  dried shiitake mushrooms
1 tbsp  white all purpose flour
0.3333 cup  port wine
0 1/4 cup  shallots, chopped
1 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 cup  low sodium beef bouillon
2 tsp  Sauce, worcestershire, low sodium
1 tsp  unsalted tomato paste
0.125 tsp  dried rosemary
0 1/2 tsp  dijon mustard
  1. Mix mushrooms and flour in a bowl and toss to fully coat.
  2. Add wine, shallots, and vinegar to a pot and let boil over high heat until thick, about 3 minutes.
  3. Lower heat to medium and mix in broth, Worcestershire, tomato paste, and rosemary. Cook 1 minute.
  4. Mix in mushrooms and cook 3 minutes, stirring continually. Whisk in mustard until fully combined.
