0 1/4 cup  margarine
0 1/4 cup  packed brown sugar
3 tbsp  honey
0 3/4 cup  white all purpose flour
2 tsp  ground ginger
0.125 tsp  salt
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven at 325 degrees F.
  2. In a medium saucepan combine margarine, sugar, and honey; place over low heat, and cook, stirring constantly, until margarine melts.
  3. In a medium bowl combine flour, ginger, and salt; add margarine mixture, stirring well.
  4. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer to wire racks; cool completely.
