1 1/4 lb  Hash Browns, shredded, frozen
0.3333 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 each  eggs
1 each  egg whites
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 each  Cooking Spray, canola, with butter flavor, 1/3 sec spray
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Let potatoes drain on paper towels.
  3. Combine potatoes, onion, egg, egg white, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat a 12 inch frying pan with cooking spray.
  5. Spread potato mixture into pan and coat with cooking spray.
  6. Bake in oven 20 minutes or until golden.
