4 each  medium zucchini
1 pinch  salt
6 oz  yellow onion
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 cup  whole wheat flour
0 1/2 cup  Cheese, mozzarella, whole milk, shredded
0 1/4 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp  italian seasoning
1 pinch  black pepper
2 each  eggs
2 each  egg whites
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Season zucchini with salt, allow to drain in colander 10 minutes. Wash, and dry very well with paper towels.
  3. In large mixing bowl, combine zucchini, onion, garlic, flour, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Sprinkle with pepper, add eggs and egg whites.
  5. Lightly coat 12" pizza pan with cooking spray.
  6. Spoon zucchini mixture onto pan, spread to edges. Lightly coat with cooking spray and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
