0 3/4 cup  white all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp  Yeast, red, instant, RapidRise
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/2 cup  tap water
2 each  honey
0 1/2 cup  whole wheat flour
  1. Mix together flour, yeast and salt in a bowl. Pour in water and honey, blending until there are no lumps. Add in enough of the whole wheat flour to make a soft dough.
  2. Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth and stretchy, about 3 to 5 minutes. Wrap dough and let rest 15 minutes before using.
