1 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/4 cup  cornmeal
1 each  package baker's yeast
0 1/2 tsp  sugar
0 1/2 cup  tap water
  1. Mix together 1/2 cup flour, cornmeal, yeast, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Pour in water, blending until there are no lumps. Add in enough of the of the flour to make a soft dough.
  3. Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth and stretchy, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Wrap dough and let rest 15 minutes before using.
