1 1/4 cup  white all purpose flour
1 each  package baker's yeast
0 1/2 tsp  sugar
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/2 cup  tap water
Directions
  1. Mix together 3/4 cup flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Pour in water, blending until there are no lumps. Add in enough of the rest of the flour to make a soft dough.
  2. Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth and stretchy, about 3 to 5 minutes. Wrap dough and let rest 15 minutes before using.
