  1. Combine cream cheese, Gouda, and walnuts. Spoon mixture onto 4 slices bread. Add cranberry sauce and Cheddar cheese and top with 4 bread slices.
  2. Heat a cooking spray coated frying pan over medium heat. Cook sandwiches 5 minutes. Coat tops with cooking spray and flip over; cook another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
