12 oz  vegetarian protein crumbles
2 each  eggs
0 1/4 cup  bread crumbs
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 each  cooking spray
6 each  whole wheat hamburger buns
  1. In small bowl, mix protein crumbles, eggs, breadcrumbs, and onion.
  2. Form into 6 patties.
  3. Coat large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium. Cook patties 5 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness.
  4. Serve burgers garnished with lettuce and tomato or on whole grain buns.
