1 lb  Broccoli, fresh
0 1/2 cup  fat free sour cream
0 1/4 cup  reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  tarragon, leaves, ground
0 1/2 tsp  ground basil leaves
0 1/4 tsp  ground thyme
1 pinch  salt and pepper
3 each  eggs
2 each  egg whites
  1. Using a food processor or blender, puree broccoli until smooth. Blend in sour cream, lemon juice, tarragon, basil and thyme. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Blend in eggs and egg whites.
  2. Spoon mixture into a greased loaf pan. Move loaf pan into a roasting pan and pour 2 inches of water into it. Bake, covered with aluminum foil about 1 hour. Let loaf cool. Chill 3 to 4 hours and serve.
