2 tbsp  chili powder
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  ground thyme
4 each  whole loin lean pork chops
1 each  cooking spray
0 1/4 cup  fat free unsalted beef broth
2 tbsp  Preserves, red raspberry, seedless
  1. Mix chile, salt, and thyme. Massage onto surface of pork chops.
  2. Heat a cooking spray coated frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Place chops in pan and cook 3 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness.
  4. Take chops out of pan and set aside in a warm place.
  5. Pour broth into pan and cook 30 seconds, scraping up any browned bits from bottom of pan.
  6. Raise heat to medium high, mix in preserves and cook 1 minutes or until thick, stir continually with a whisk.
  7. Coat chops with glaze before serving.
