Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Whisk together lemon and lime juices, soy sauce, honey, and ginger in a small pot.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.and cook 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Lay steak on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet.
  5. Coat the steak with half the honey mixture.
  6. Cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Flip steak and coat other side with the rest of the mixture. Cook 5 more minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and cover with foil.
  9. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Spoon pan juices over.
