15 oz  Beans, black, mature, cooked
1 1/2 cup  Corn, sweet, frozen
1 cup  fresh cherry tomatoes
4 oz  scallions
0.3333 cup  fresh chopped red onion
1 each  fresh avocado
0 1/2 tsp  minced garlic
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  ground cumin
1 tsp  chili powder
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the black beans, corn, tomatoes, green onions, red onion, avocado, and garlic.
  2. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the lime juice, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, and chili powder.
  3. Toss the dressing with the black bean mixture. Season with salt and pepper, if you wish. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
