8 oz  low fat cream cheese
3 tbsp  Sour Cream, fat free
1 tsp  curry powder
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped green onion
0 1/2 cup  golden raisins
0 1/2 lb  cooked shrimp
0 1/2 cup  mango chutney
2 tbsp  sliced almonds
2 tbsp  Coconut, dried, unsweetened
  1. In a medium bowl stir together the cream cheese, sour cream, and curry powder until smooth.
  2. Stir in the green onions, raisins, and shrimp.
  3. Flatten into a round disk and spread the top with chutney. Sprinkle the top with almonds and coconut
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
