Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. Coat skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium. Add onion and reduce heat to medium low. Cook 5 minutes until onions become soft and translucent.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in green chilis.
  5. Arrange 3 tortillas on prepared baking sheet. Top each tortilla with equal amounts brie, mango, tomato, red onion mixture, and green onions. Top each with another tortilla.
  6. Bake 6 - 8 minutes or until cheese melts and tortillas are slightly brown. Remove from oven and let rest on baking sheet 5 minutes. Slice into quarters using pizza cutter or sharp knife. Serve warm.
