Ingredients Directions
  1. Cut off any excess fat from steak.
  2. Massage pepper, garlic, and salt onto surface of steak.
  3. Pour oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
  4. Lay steak in pan and cook 6 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness.
  5. Baste steak with vinegar while cooking.
  6. When ready to serve, slice steak into thin pieces and top with lemon juice.
