1 lb  extra lean beef tenderloin
1 tbsp  black peppercorns
0 1/2 tsp  kosher salt
  1. Season steaks with peppercorns and salt.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Lay steaks in pan and cook 3 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness.
