1 tsp  sesame seeds
2 tsp  green peppercorns
1/2 tsp  black pepper
2 tsp  grated orange peel
0 1/2 tsp  sea salt
1 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 lb  salmon fillet
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In medium mixing bowl, combine sesame seeds, peppercorns, black pepper, orange peel, and salt.
  3. Brush flesh side of salmon with olive oil. Press spices onto oil coated side of salmon.
  4. Coat oven-proof skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium on stovetop.
  5. Place salmon in skillet, skin side down. Cook 2 minutes, flip and cook additional 2 minutes.
  6. Move skillet to oven and bake 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
