1 tbsp  sesame seeds
0 1/2 oz  green peppercorns
1 tbsp  black pepper
2 tsp  grated orange peel
0 1/2 tsp  sea salt
1 1/2 lb  salmon fillet
1 each  cooking spray
4 tsp  soy sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In medium mixing bowl, combine sesame seeds, peppercorns, black pepper, orange peel, and salt.
  3. Coat salmon with mixture.
  4. Coat oven proof frying pan with cooking spray, heat over medium on stovetop.
  5. Place salmon in pan, cook 2 minutes per side.
  6. Move pan to oven and bake 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  7. Serve with soy sauce.
