8 oz  cheese filled tortellini
2 cup  steamed broccoli
0 3/4 lb  asparagus spears, fresh, small
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped green onion
1 tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese
0 1/4 cup  olive oil
3 tbsp  distilled white vinegar
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tsp  ground thyme
1 tsp  ground basil leaves
0 1/2 tsp  minced garlic
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Cook the tortellini according to the directions on the package.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the tortellini, broccoli, asparagus, green onions, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. In a smaller bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, parsley, thyme, basil, and garlic. Toss the dressing with the tortellini salad and add salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
