4 oz  crumbled gorgonzola cheese
4 oz  cream cheese
2 tsp  brandy
0 1/4 cup  chopped pecans
3 each  medium apples
  1. In a mixer, mix together the Gorgonzola cheese, cream cheese, pecans, and brandy (if desired).
  2. On a platter, mound the cheese mixture and surround it with apple slices.
