0 3/4 cup  canned solid pack pumpkin
0 3/4 cup  Yogurt, vanilla, nonfat
0.125 tsp  ground cinnamon
0.125 tsp  nutmeg, ground
2 tsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
2 tbsp  chopped pecans
  1. In a medium bowl mix together pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar substitute. Fold into yogurt.
  2. Toast pecan pieces in the oven until golden, about 2 minutes.
  3. Divide pumpkin mixture between 2 small dessert bowls or ramekins and sprinkle pecans on top. Makes 2 servings.
