2 each  Bacon, cured, lower sodium
6 cup  Cabbage, common, fresh, shredded
1 tbsp  sugar
3 tbsp  cider vinegar
2 tbsp  cold water
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  celery seeds
  1. Cook bacon in a frying pan until crispy. Take bacon out of pan, but leave drippings.
  2. Cook cabbage in pan over medium-high heat for 6 minutes. Mix in sugar, vinegar, water, salt, and celery seeds. Cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Take mixture off of heat and top with crumbled bacon.
