0.3333 cup  Juice, tangerine
3 tbsp  rice vinegar
0 1/2 oz  fresh jalapeno chili peppers
1 tbsp  small shallots
0.125 tsp  black pepper
24 each  medium oysters
  1. In small serving bowl, combine tangerine peel, tangerine juice, vinegar, jalapeno pepper, shallot, and pepper.
  2. Place serving platter on a bed of crushed ice.
  3. Place bowl of citrus chili sauce in center.
  4. Arrange oysters on serving platter.
