2 tbsp  salted butter
0.3333 cup  reduced fat baking mix
0.3333 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp  old bay seasoning
0.125 tsp  black pepper
2 lb  boneless skinless chicken breasts
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. While oven is heating, place baking sheet with butter into the oven to melt.
  2. Combine baking mix, cheese, Old Bay, and pepper in a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and shake to fully coat.
  3. Lay chicken on the baking sheet in the butter and bake 30 minutes, flipping one time or until chicken is fully cooked.
