Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In small bowl, whisk soy sauce, sugar, and garlic.
  3. Place steak on broiler pan. Broil 8 minutes per side.
  4. Baste with sauce twice per side.
  5. Let steak rest 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
  6. Spread sesame seeds on baking sheet. Place in hot oven. Toast for 1-2 minutes, watching carefully.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with remaining sauce.
