3 tbsp  orange juice
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  rice vinegar
1 tbsp  honey
1 tsp  minced garlic
2 tsp  ground ginger
4 each  Fish, salmon, Atlantic, wild, fillet, raw
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Arrange fish in a baking dish and pour sauce over.
  4. Brush sauce onto fish frequently.
  5. Bake fish 15 minutes or until flaky.
