Ingredients

1 each  medium oranges
1 tbsp  Oil, corn, salad or cooking
0.3333 cup  chopped walnuts
0 1/2 tsp  fresh ginger root
1 tbsp  soy sauce
5 cup  fresh broccoli florets
Directions
  1. Wash and pat orange dry.
  2. Using a vegetable peeler or small, sharp knife, pare colored part of peel from orange.
  3. Slice peels into very thin slivers.
  4. Squeeze 1/4 cup of juice from orange.
  5. Pour oil in a medium skillet or wok and heat over medium-high heat.
  6. Mix in orange peel, walnuts, and ginger and sauté about 2 minutes.
  7. Mix in orange juice and soy sauce.
  8. Stir in broccoli and cook 5 minutes or until soft.
