6 cup  romaine lettuce
1 1/2 cup  Oranges, all types, fresh, sections
0 3/4 cup  Avocado, halves
1 1/2 tsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
2 tbsp  white wine vinegar
3 tbsp  cold water
0 1/4 tsp  hot pepper sauce
  1. Mix lettuce, orange sections, and avocado in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, water, and hot pepper sauce in a separate bowl.
  3. Drizzle over salad and toss.
